Far away from home the Eskimo Squad came together in the metropolitan melting pot of London full form mid 2003. 3 Montserrat Volcano evacuees – RaggaDon, Wacklar, Ishaka and kiwi producer Oakley Grenell (O.G.).

RaggaDon, Ishaka and Wacklar have performed together for many years forming the core of several Hip Hop groups .When the active Volcano Island of Montserrat began to erupt in 1995 one by one the boys were forced to flee and set up life and studio amidst the hustle and bustle of London town.

RaggaDon has visited NZ several times - he is no stranger to NZ crowds either …being a part of the Dubwize Soundsystem. One such Aotearoan excursion led him to meet Oakley who asked him to record on one of his tracks, later entitled ‘'Sirens' (O.G. –Uncharted L.P.) When Oakley traveled to London later that year he returned the favour by introducing this compulsive producer to the whole squad -three microphone poets each with journals overflowing with rhymes just waiting for a beat !!
